Requirements for Filing Financial Statements to ROC   

1. Every Company Mandatory Required to file Financial statements in form AOC-4/AOC-4XBRL to ROC within 30 Days from the Date of AGM of Company 
2. Financial Statements should be Audited be Auditor Appointed 
3. Additional Fee , if not filed on time
4. Director gets disqualified if company has not filed financial Statements for 3 Financial Years
5. Directors Report is required to be attached with Form AOC-4.
